Abstract

Tolkappiyam refers to the nature of language assimilation in two ways. One: The letter that stands at the end of the word and the first letter of the word that follows it indicate the assimilation nature of language in the grammar of writing. It is the assimilation of letters. Two: Sollathikaram’s etchaviyal defines the nature of language assimilation as four types. It explains the object structure in verse. This article explains the structure of linguistic activity based on this grammar point of view; the way the nature of the language assimilation in bharathiyar's poems is fitted; a separate language in which a word stands alone to form a structure of meaning through the grouping and division of words; continuous speech, where words rhyme with each other; visual descriptive material that constructs the poem; and an interesting position where a word stands before the word that follows it and makes a meaningful connection.
