Abstract
Sangam literature and the books that came after gives a brief description about the history of Tamil people and the richness of Tamil language. These books are also used to explore and learn about all the values related to human life. From beginning till today humans live in ethnic groups, changes in form have occurred due to morphological development, and underlying traits have become extensions. In that way, books of Tamil literature give a clear picture about both internal and external life. At present era we are unmder government rule but earlier our ancestors were ruled by kings. A king named 'Karikal Peruvalathan' is one of the best kings and his political prowess has been composed in Porunaaratrupadai. The purpose of this article is to show that if the present government follows his good deeds and knows how he managed everything, then the government can produce a good society.
