Abstract

People born in the world live well and perform well and they want to seek glory and fame throughout their life. Great people believed inorder to succeed in life both the body and mind should be pure and it can be attained through Yoga. It is yoga that makes us know our body, mind, and soul during the time we live in this world. The art of yoga is nature's gift to align the body for well-being. Disease caused by mental stress is numerous and especially women face various problems. This article explores the psychological disturbances they face.
