Abstract
This article is about the views of scholars on society, although many scholars express many different views, society is defined as "a mass of people" in the dictionary. As social institutions Tamil and Marathi people's lifestyle, customs, family structure, worship of God, diet and traditional products are also included. Even though the world is turning into a mechanical world, it is new to describe the people's lifestyle beautifully. Art form and literary style exhibit innovation, and the expression of society plays an important role. The growth and upsurge witnessed by literature are innumerable, and innovations reflect the changes in people's lives. The purpose of this article is to highlight the society, its relationships and customs as depicted in the epics of Tamil and Marathi.
