Abstract

With land, plowing, agriculture, the age-old knowledge, relationship, labor, and feeling associated with paddy and cows are still present in the social context as agricultural cultural customs and plowing cultural traditions. Most of the cultural expressions and ritual traditions of the Tamils are symbols of the prosperity of the agricultural production process. Whatever was part of the agricultural tradition, they have been carried forward through the ages as symbols, idols, and rituals of worship.
