Abstract
Human life is full of problems, some problems are created by themselves and some problems are created for them by others. Others are formed for them due to various factors such as place, time, environment and culture where they live. When they are oppressed, negative feelings arise in them, negative stress occurs, and when they are freed from the oppressor, feelings of agreement increase, resulting in negative stress. Those who do not succumb to these emotional ups and downs, blossom into happy people. That is why coping skills are considered as one of the ten life skills listed by the World Health Organization. These skills form the core competencies for mental health. In this way, M.R.M. Abthutahemin is the forerunner of self-proclaimed texts in prose form. This review article aims to find the mindfulness thoughts found in Abthutahemin works.
