Abstract
Equality depends on the culture of a country. Gender equality is the destiny that takes a country on the path of development. Both sexes contribute an equal share to the movement of worldly life and the movement of one without the other is impossible. Not only in our mythological stories, but the image of Ardhanatheeswarar, who is half Shakti and half Shiva also emphasizes the same concept. Psychology is the basic framework for the theory of equality. Equality is a basic human right. It is one for both sexes. Gender equality differs from culture to culture and country to country. It was still expected and the girl next to him had the control to carry the family pride to the next generation. It has been followed for ages. In the change of times, to change this situation, both of them are forced to go to work and save the family
