Abstract

Modern writers are trying to bring change in the world of literature. From time to time the creators try to create various new strategies in the form of short stories. When man began to become civilized, he first invented language for his needs. Language has been used as a tool for communication till date. In the early days, people used the media in the name of 'Thoothu' to exchange their views in the fields of war and love. Literary writers adopt certain methods to impress their ideas clearly and emphatically on the minds of the readers. Media is the medium used to convey one's ideas to others. The purpose of this article is to find out the media strategy used for the story, which is one of the strategies of some selected short stories.
