Abstract

There is a wonderful connection between the food we consume and our feelings. Feelings also change differently according to the nature of the food. The expression of feelings manifests as thoughts and actions of an individual. This article explores the views of Lord Vallalam and presents the spiritual views which shows that spiritual growth will also be regular if the diets are regulated.
