Abstract
Food is essential for human survival. Food is nature's gift from God. Basic human needs are food, clothing and shelter. A man can live in these even without clothing and shelter. Man cannot survive without food. People who lived in five types of land namely Kurinji Mullai Marutham Neythal Balai used to eat raw and cooked food from those lands. Along with them, they have also taken sips.
