Abstract

Food is the first and most essential of human needs. Our physical activity consumes body energy. Food is what we need to compensate and get our bodies working again. The energy needed to run the body comes from food. We get our food from the environment we live in. It is our duty to use natural food products without wasting their nutrients. Our food habits should only be adapted to the climate of the area where we live. It is only when it is beyond that that it becomes susceptible to various diseases.  Our body adapts to whatever diet we follow from birth. Accordingly, physical development is also done. Not only the body but also the mind is transformed by food. The way we eat such food, the amount of food we take, the types of food of Palandamizhar, the food that is baked in the literature, the way that the food we eat is medicine, health etc. are covered in this article.
