Abstract

Prioritizing nutrition is essential for sustaining life. Such nourishment must be made available to all living beings. Human life, guided by morality, should be peaceful and harmonious. A person who lives without adhering to morality possesses only five senses. In this context, morality should be upheld in all actions. Various Tamil literary works, medicine, and tradition discuss different aspects of food in various contexts. However, information about food is found only in some books. Among these, there are sixteen books that specifically discuss various aspects of food, including the two books that focus on delicious food. These are elucidated in the essay titled. The Various Aspects of Food Discussed in the pathinenkizhkanakku book on Delicious Food.
