Abstract

Meat played a major role in the food consumed and tasted by the human race, which migrated from place to place and led a nomadic life. Human beings who lived on plants, nuts, tubers, seeds and flowers started hunting other creatures when these were not available in nature. When he began to feel the taste and strength of its meat, he succeeded in making it more palatable. Today, such dietetics have made tremendous progress all over the world. In particular, it is ubiquitous that three-quarters of the world's countries are subject to meat. The medicinal properties of these methods found in Tamil literature are the subject matter of study.
