Abstract
Civilization and culture of Tamils are also distinct. That way Tamils lived long days with health, strength and longevity due to proper diet. As the saying goes, every single food item, from the smallest to the largest, is full of medicinal properties. The purpose of the study is to confirm it and to study the medicinal properties of Tamil food.
