Abstract

Ancient people lived on naturally available foods. They adapted their diet according to the climate. He took plenty of liquid food during the summer. As the body's energy decreases due to the temperature, you drink fluids to balance it. This gives the body the nutrients it needs. It gives energy, power and strength to the body. He has lived a healthy life by using nutritious foods such as iron, mineral, protein, starch and vitamins in the summer meals featured in Puranasoo, eating non-medicated foods in harmony with nature and classifying foods according to the climate.
