Abstract

Inscriptions are the mirror historical vaults of a country, descriptions of social culture, and reflections of people's customs and more than that they are engraved on surfaces such as program manuals, inscriptions, temple walls, rocks etc. Those engraved on copper plates were called sepheds. Inscriptions clearly indicate the route of kings, names of regnal years, gifts, wars etc. In the early days of human life, human society was a hunter-gatherer society, so humans hunted for food and ate natural products found in forests. A raw meat-eating man eventually realized that meat that had been burned naturally in the woods, like tubers, was more palatable. After discovering fire as its next stage, there was also Vati, who cooks food. After finding earthen pots, he went to the next stage of boiling and steaming in pots. In this way he realized that food is not only to satisfy hunger but also not to give the knowledge and energy required by the body. Thus, he prepared himself in various ways such as cooking food in various ways, preserving and processing it in seasons when food items are not available. Foods around the world are made with locally sourced produce and natural foods.
