Abstract
Messages about the subjective division of the desert abound in the Sangam songs. The division of the desert is two-dimensional perceptual thinking. In both cases there is a complete digestive tract, with sectarian distress prevailing. In these types of lands, the division head occurs as a component between the head. The section of desert is present in all types of lands. The article explains that division is the basis of five types of land and that division is the basis of a major classification in sangam songs. The article is aimed at explaining how the nature of the desert land and the nature of the Pulapattu transcend the perceptual norm when approached except as a division in the Sangam songs
