Abstract

Literature is the one that skillfully captures the true feeling attached to life in writing. When we read those pieces of literature. Our hearts will also resonate. Such literature will remain indestructible forever. Emotion is most common in all the ancient Tamil literature. Not only the feeling of pleasure, the feeling of sorrow, the feeling of heroism, but also the heart can be seen. Of these pieces of literature, kalitthokai is also the best literature. Kalitthokai means a collection of kali songs. It can also be said that kali is the love life of the lover. This article will help us to get a clear understanding of the way of life, traditions, qualities, personal customs, ethics of scholars, devotion, and the characteristics of the Ainthinai that the ancient people lived. Kalitthokai is the birthplace of emotion, mind, and thought. The millet field of Kurinjikkali, the dried-up springs of Paalaikali, the embracing of the bull in Mullaikali, the way of life of the Aayarkulam people, the smell of Marudham, the water resources, the land and the coastal towns of Neithal Kali are all the meanings of kalitthokai.
