Abstract
The universe is bound by a law of gravitation, attracted by a binding force, and is moving. The creatures that have arisen within it from time immemorial are also operating because of a bond of love and affection that has developed between them. Even the five-sense animals begin to live together and cherish their families and their offspring. Man is no exception to this. A man with the knowledge of thinking understands his every emotion, maintains and cherishes its relations, and lives in harmony with society. These relations have remained unchanged from time immemorial to the Tamils and continue to this day. From the Sangam literature to modern literature, no other literature has spoken as much about human relations as the bhakti literature. Thus, the purpose of this article is to examine the relationship between God and Manickavasagar in Thiruvasagam.
