Abstract

Worship helps with the growth of love and the maintenance of morality. The Scriptures show that the devotees were very much involved in this way of worship. In this country, worship is the background that guides the establishment of religion and culture. It is an ancient custom to carry water with a flower and worship it. That is the dharma of Thirumarai. Worship is not only going to a temple and worshipping God with folded hands but also worshipping him with body, mind, feeling, and speech. It is important to understand through the Thiruthondar Puranam how the Nayanmars followed the rules of worship and benefited from them. In this age of urgency, it becomes an important necessity for people to realize and follow the simple code of worship associated with life.
