Abstract

In the history of Tamil literature, Ambai is known as the one who created the basic structure of modern feminist concepts through her selected fictions. Ambai's fictional ideals can be identified as, she herself as one of the women who approached this social structure in general, and intervened in the problems in order to break the structure and get rid of it. She has defined the critical trend of feminist values and values by revealing the secondary status and physiological view given to women in social spheres including the family. Feminism is known as the literary target of exploitation of women's labor, physical and mental exhaustion, contradictions caused by sexual tendencies, micro-oppression through it, psychological problems with relational entanglement
