Abstract
Love is the natural impulse that every man and woman has at certain times of the year. Due to this love, their happiness and suffering are many. When the two are together, the lovers experience immense happiness and end up in unbearable misery after separation. In Sangam literature, the suffering of the heroine due to love break-up has been described as a disease by poets. The poets have also mentioned some medicines for this disease it in their hymns. However, in love, it is the heroine who loves the hero more than him. It can be seen that the heroine is sad because of too much love. As such, the non-expressive is often implied by the reference. The purpose of this article is to explore love.
