Abstract

One of the octet texts is called Agananuru Nedundogai.  This is an introspective book containing four hundred hymns.  Kurinji, Mullai, Marutham, Neithal and Balai are divided numerically, which is better than other books.  We have been touching and wearing many types of accessories.  Our ancestors used to wear tiger teeth around their necks as amulets.  They have worshiped the crescent on the basis of nature worship.  They believe that if they worship the crescent moon, their activities will also grow as the crescent moon grows.  In the rituals of our forefathers, the ritual of the madam is very essential.  It is worship to Lord Muruga.  The place where this frenzy is performed is called the frenzy field.  The deity is dancing on the priest, who is worshiping the deities.  This is called frenzy, frenzy or velanatal.  This worship is performed when the bodies of women in love are falling.  At night, they called Velan and set up a frenzy.  In our society, there is a practice of sacrificing other living beings to appease the gods and save human life.  We offer sacrifices to the deities and animals like goats, pigs and chickens.  People believe that the deity will accept the sacrifice and save us.  The Palandamis have worshiped the Lord by cultivating candles in their lives.
