Abstract
The word chastity, which was coined to describe the virtue of a man and a woman marrying, understanding and loving each other, later became a woman, her fasting, patience and the nature of existence which is the property of Mullai Nilam. While the literature of the time also emphasized this quality, new poetry sought to change these ideas. The result was feminist poetry and chastity poetry. The purpose of this article is to examine some of the poems related to chastity that arose from an analytical point of view.
