Abstract

This world was created by both men and women. The act of perceiving and knowing the world is still performed through the language of men. Women have been losing their identities throughout human history. Women are the equal partners in the movement of life. Both men and women are equal in all areas of life. But there is a lot of suffering and injustice faced by women. Feminism is the act of exposing such female-oriented thoughts and problems. Feminism is also the act of trying to change the inferiority of women. Feelings such as suppressing and oppressing women occur in society and the workplace. The steps taken to change this situation are called ‘feminism’. Among the poets of this time, Tamizhachi Thangapandian is the one who has embodied feminist thoughts in many places in her work. It should be noted that all the feminist categories mentioned in feminist criticism are included in the poetry collection ‘Enjottu Pen’. This research article aims to examine how she has recorded feminist ideas such as women's inner struggle, feminist problems, and oppression through her work in the poetry collection 'Enjotup Pen'.
