Abstract
Narration is the art of beautifully describing the appearance of an object. A poem or a song can stir the emotions of the listeners. Narration has power. The poet has used beautiful descriptions at appropriate places to describe the beauty of the town. Narration is the art of describing the glory of the town. There are no poets who have not sung the glory of their town. We know that ‘nagarapadalam’ is also included in the epics of the Sangam period. The reason for this is the love for the land of his birth. The poet has also recorded the glory of the land of his birth in his songs.
