Abstract

Tamil Poetry has a long historical tradition. Although the literature appears to be up to date, not all have survived. Only a few works are being read in a new perspective in the contemporary political and social context. When Re -Reding a work in a multifaceted way without a biased reading, it is possible to get closer to the author’s focus. On that basis, the Kambaramayana is subjected to the Rereding of the Chambumalivathai Padalam in the Sundarakanda.
